What We Do

Expert Pediatric Care, Where You Are, When You Need It

How many times have you picked your child up from daycare, school or aftercare just to discover they were not feeling well and your pediatrician's office was already closed?  Or woken up to a sick child on the weekend?  Too many to count?  That is where we come in!

By joining Pediatrics On Call for only $15.99 per month for one child, or $19.99 per month flat family rate for more than one child (plus a one-time registration fee of $100 + shipping and tax), you will receive a home medical kit (which includes a digital thermometer, pulse oximeter, and digital otoscope) and have unlimited access to expert pediatric care via telehealth 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with no co-pays, deductible, or additional fees.  No contracts, no cancellation fees, and no insurance required!  We even offer discounted rates for families with more than one child!

How many times did you just have a quick question you wanted to run by your pediatric provider but it took days to get a phone call back?  That's also what we're here for!

We can handle many different types of questions or concerns via our innovative telehealth platform, including:

Runny Nose

Cough

Fever

Ear Pain/Ear Infections

Sore Throat/Strep Throat

Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye)

Stomach/Gastrointestinal Concerns

Urinary Concerns

Rashes

Acne

Skin Concerns

Insect Bites

Minor Cuts and Scrapes

Breastfeeding/Lactation Concerns

Developmental Concerns

Sleep Concerns

Behavioral Concerns

Mental Health (Anxiety and Depression)

Lab and/or Xray Orders (when necessary)

Prescriptions (when necessary)

School Notes (when needed)

We are not meant to replace your pediatric primary care provider, but to compliment the expert care they already provide for you.

You can have confidence in knowing you are reaching an expert, board-certified, local pediatric primary care provider from your own Volusia/Flagler community to help you when you can't get in to see your normal provider.

If a higher level of care is deemed necessary than what we can provide via the telehealth platform and we need to refer you to the Emergency Room, we will call ahead to let them know you are on your way.  We will even send visit notes to your child's pediatric primary care provider to keep your continuity of care.
